Services

Everything the house needs

Heating, cooling and plumbing for Portland homes, from a family business that has been doing it here since 1979.

What we handle

Every one of these is work we do ourselves, not something we pass on.

Air Conditioning

From a no-cool emergency to a full high-efficiency replacement, our NATE-certified techs get your home cool again, and keep it that way with honest, upfront pricing.

Heating & Furnaces

Gas furnaces, electric heat and heat pumps, we service every brand and install systems built for the Pacific Northwest's damp, chilly winters.

Ductless Mini-Splits

Mini-splits deliver quiet, zoned comfort without ductwork, perfect for additions, converted garages, ADUs and older homes with hot-and-cold rooms.

Ductwork & Air Balancing

Leaky, unbalanced ducts waste up to 30% of what your system produces. We test, seal and balance so every room gets its fair share.

Indoor Air Quality

From high-MERV filtration to whole-home HRVs and dehumidifiers, we help you breathe easier, especially through wildfire smoke and damp winters.

Commercial HVAC

For restaurants, offices, retail and light industrial, downtime isn't an option, so we install and maintain RTUs, splits and refrigeration with priority response and planned maintenance that heads off surprise closures.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

How much does an AC repair cost?

Most diagnostics are a flat visit fee that's credited toward the repair. We give you a written, flat-rate price before we touch anything, you approve it first.

Should I repair or replace my system?

If your unit is over 12–15 years old, uses R-22 refrigerant, or the repair is more than a third of a replacement, we'll walk you through the math honestly. We also offer free second opinions.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, qualified homeowners can finance a new system from $99/month with $0 down, approved on the spot.

How often should I service my furnace?

Once a year, ideally in early fall. Annual maintenance keeps the warranty valid and catches small issues before they become no-heat emergencies.

Is a heat pump worth it in the Northwest?

For most homes, yes. Modern cold-climate heat pumps are efficient well below freezing and can cut heating costs significantly, often with utility rebates on top.

Do mini-splits work for a whole house?

They can. A multi-zone system pairs one outdoor unit with several indoor heads. For larger homes we'll compare ductless against a ducted heat pump and recommend the better fit.
